I’m Lucie, I help teams transform awareness into action through Play and Collaboration.

With over ten years of experience in communication, I’ve helped brands find their voice and discovered my own passion for facilitation and sustainability along the way.

Over time, I saw how often we face challenges alone, focused on perception instead of connection. Experiencing facilitation taught me to let go of being “right,” open space for dialogue, and embrace the power of collective intelligence. It changed the way I see learning: not as something we absorb, but as something we live.

I believe in the power of play to learn, experience, and truly understand. Play invites curiosity, introspection, and shared discovery, the foundations of real transformation.

As a Certified 2030 SDGs Game Facilitator, I guide teams, groups, and communities through playful and reflective experiences that spark collaboration, awareness, and change. Through Play for Impact, I create spaces where people connect, explore, and see complex challenges from new perspectives.

People describe me as calm, kind, and a good listener, qualities that help me hold space for exploration and transformation. My goal is to help people and organisations reach those “click moments” where awareness turns into meaningful, lasting impact.
