Reinvent how you collaborate through Play.
An immersive workshop where every decision counts to create a sustainable future.
Reflect, Cooperate and Act together.

Experience Collaboration.
Understand Sustainability.
At Play for Impact, we use the power of Play as a lever to learn how to cooperate, understand complexity, and give meaning to collective action.
In a world where everything is interconnected, our Team Building workshops offer a space to experience what it means to act together, listen, negotiate, and build common solutions.
Based on the 2030 SDGs Game, a simulation inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, it allows participants to explore the balance between economic, social, and environmental issues. In 2h30, participants experience collaboration in action: alignment, creativity, empathy, and collective intelligence.
What is experienced in the game resonates far beyond the session, it fuels dialogue, strengthens mutual understanding, and inspires new ways of cooperating.

Our playful workshops are designed as spaces for collective facilitation, where everyone discovers their role in building a sustainable future.
How it works
1. Play – Dive into a dynamic simulation where your team makes decisions that shape the world.
2. Reflect – See the impact of your collective choices and explore what collaboration really means.
3. Act – Bring new insights and energy back to your organisation.

How does it work?

The 2030 SDG Game is an interactive simulation where participants become decision-makers shaping the future of our planet.
Teams receive resources, projects, and goals reflecting the real challenges of countries, companies, and communities. They must negotiate, collaborate, and balance People, Planet, and Prosperity.
As the game unfolds, the global situation shifts in real time, revealing the ripple effects of every choice. In just a few hours, participants experience decades of change — and discover how their decisions truly matter.
This is where Kizukus emerges.
In Japanese, it means both to realize and to build.
👉🏻 Realizing how your actions affect the bigger picture.
👉🏻 Building new ways of working together.
👉🏻 Understanding that leaving no one behind is the only way forward.
Kizuku is the spark that connects awareness with action — turning individual insights into collective intelligence, and play into lasting change.
